This is the first VJ-related project I've done. The idea of doing something with visuals has been on my mind for a while and now it's finally here. My original idea was to give visuals made for a house party another dimension by adding an interactive element. This interactive element eventually became a Twitter driven shoutbox. Because I wanted to keep the whole visually appealing, I went looking for a software program that could offer me this freedom. I ended up with Quartz Composer. Quartz Composer is a node-based visual programming language provided as part of the Xcode development environment in Mac OS X for processing and rendering graphical data.
